About The Position

AttainX is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to support the development of compliant, competitive, and strategically aligned pricing responses for federal government opportunities. This position plays a critical role in the proposal lifecycle and supports high-value, multi-year federal bids. The Pricing Analyst will contribute to cost model development, pricing volume preparation, regulatory compliance, and price-to-win analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, and the ability to collaborate across Business Development, Technical, Finance, HR, and Contracts teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5–7 years of progressive experience in federal government pricing and cost proposal development.
Demonstrated experience supporting and/or leading pricing efforts for federal proposals valued at $25M or greater.
Experience with federal contract types including FFP, T&M, CPFF, IDIQ, and BPAs.
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal cost principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and linked workbooks.
Experience developing fully burdened labor rates.
Exposure to price-to-win (PTW) analysis and competitive pricing strategy development.
Experience preparing pricing documentation suitable for DCAA/DCMA audit or negotiation environments.
Experience working within small business federal contracting environments (WOSB/EDWOSB).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced proposal environment.
