Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement moderately complex strategic pricing operations as an end to end process including strategy development, price setting, process governance and tool maintenance in alignment with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing strategy, profitability goals and expectations and provide data and pricing experience to answer questions, resolve pricing discrepancies, and create individual market approaches as needed.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders on market conditions, economic value assessments and pricing strategies through the completion of moderately complex analysis, planning and strategic communication.
  • Support change management initiatives across the broader business as the organization evolves to a value based pricing culture.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
