Pricing & Accounting Specialist
About The Position
Protect the Numbers. Keep It Clean. At Bigfoot Beverages, accuracy matters. Pricing, supplier funding, and financial data all flow through systems that need to be right—every time. As our Pricing & Accounting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making sure that happens. From general ledger accuracy to supplier spend tracking and pricing alignment, this role helps ensure the financial side of the business runs clean, consistent, and reliable. You’ll work closely with Finance and cross-functional partners to keep data accurate, resolve issues, and support reporting that drives decisions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of general ledger functions and financial processes
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with detailed data
- High attention to detail—accuracy is critical in this role
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on getting things right
Nice To Haves
- Experience in beverage, distribution, or inventory-driven environments
- Familiarity with systems like VIP, Margin Minder, or iDig
- Experience supporting reconciliations, audits, or financial reporting
Responsibilities
- Financial Accuracy & GL Management
- Maintain accurate general ledger coding for pricing, supplier spend, and related expenses
- Review and reconcile financial transactions tied to pricing and supplier programs
- Support overall financial integrity across pricing and accounting activities
- Supplier Spend & Funding
- Track supplier spend, billbacks, and funding allocations
- Process invoices with proper documentation, approvals, and coding
- Monitor financial activity tied to supplier programs to ensure accuracy
- Pricing System Support
- Support item setup, cost accuracy, and inventory valuation within ERP systems
- Partner with the Pricing & Promotion Specialist to ensure alignment between pricing and financial records
- Help ensure pricing-related data is accurate across systems
- Reconciliation & Reporting
- Perform audits and reconciliations of pricing, costs, and supplier funding
- Support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Identify discrepancies and help resolve issues quickly and accurately
- Systems & Compliance
- Maintain financial and pricing data across ERP systems and accounting tools
- Ensure consistency across systems, reports, and records
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls
