Requirements

  • Previous experience in the PDI Pricebook System is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sheets).
  • Excellent computer skills with a quick learning ability.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Generate various reports for Pricebook configuration and review them as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to extract performance-oriented reports from FocalPoint on the Merchandise tab.
  • Coordinate periodic promotion plans and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Manage Pricebook Cost Exceptions (PBEC) effectively.
  • Conduct store-level exception triage and dispatch tasks to resources for resolution as necessary.
  • Access all aspects of the Pricebook and related modules for review purposes.
  • Apply configuration changes or updates as required.
  • Facilitate data management between Vendors and other departments, including sites.
  • Analyze changes on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, including profit trends, vendor validation, and site understanding, and communicate findings to relevant departments.
  • Prepare reports for new and changed items impacting retails based on current cost.
  • Accomplish organizational goals by taking ownership of tasks and exploring opportunities to add value.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
