Preventive Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on: Guest room fixtures and appliance HVAC systems Plumbing and electrical systems Check for damage ,mold or stains before painting and caulking Inspecting guest rooms Identify potential maintenance issues and resolve them before they escalate Maintain records of maintenance schedules,repairs and inspections Ensure compliance with safety regulations Assist in emergency repair and troubleshooting equipment failure Maintain tools,equipment,and inventory of spare parts Respond to maintenance request from guest and staff promptly Working Conditions Will require standing,lifting,walking and climbing Flexible schedule Why work for us?
