About The Position

The Preventive Maintenance Technician / Student Trainer is responsible for performing preventive maintenance on transportation vehicles and equipment. This role involves training students in the proper techniques and safety protocols associated with vehicle maintenance. The technician will work closely with the transportation team to ensure that all vehicles are in optimal working condition and that students receive hands-on training to develop their skills in this field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification in automotive or diesel technology.
• Experience in teaching or training roles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities
