The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service Technician conducts all assigned work safely, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental, and contamination control policies and procedures. This role involves performing preventive maintenance tasks such as changing engine fluids, filters, lubricating and cleaning components, and testing equipment performance. The technician also makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and supporting systems in the field. Key responsibilities include providing detailed documentation and photos to the PM Dispatcher and Service Estimator for identified repairs, maintaining company service literature, staying updated on technical changes, and attending required training sessions. The technician is expected to work neatly, adhere to contamination control guidelines, and continuously seek improvements in work methods, area, and safety standards. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required, and all necessary documentation for customers and the PM Dispatcher must be completed.
