Source and secure necessary parts to complete repair jobs effectively. Perform and guide maintenance according to rigorous industry standards. Operate diverse machinery, from lathes to drill presses, and engage in occasional welding. Adhere to 5S and housekeeping protocols to maintain structured workspace environments. Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to cost-efficiency efforts. Keep detailed records updated in CMMS and understand equipment trends. Tackle control systems issues by diving into software/hardware configurations. Utilize predictive maintenance technology to gather vital equipment performance metrics. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree with technical specifics preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in related fields; or achieved ATS Technician Progression Program.
  • Savvy in electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems diagnostics and repairs.
  • Adept in using both basic and specialized tools.
  • Availability for travel when needed.
  • Heavy machinery repair
  • Expertise in mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
  • Machine safety inspections
