The Entry‑Level Maintenance Technician supports store and facility operations by performing basic maintenance tasks, assisting with routine equipment care, and learning core technical skills through hands‑on training. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior maintenance experience required—training provided.
• Interest in developing hands-on skills in maintenance, repair, and facility operations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Basic computer literacy; ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic equipment upkeep including simple troubleshooting, cleaning, and routine preventative maintenance.
• Perform light facility tasks such as bulb replacement, simple plumbing fixes, minor carpentry, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Document completed work and report issues requiring advanced technical support.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and company‑provided classes to build technical knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to overall maintenance goals.
• Support store operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.
