The Services we provide include but are not limited to: Pressure Washing, Soft Washing Exterior & Interior Window Washing Gutter Cleaning Air Conditioner Coil Cleaning Dryer Vent Cleaning Water Heater Flush Bathroom Drain Cleaning Refrigerator Coil Cleaning Light Handyman such as (changing light bulbs, moving/ assembling furniture, install light fixtures, hang pictures, etc...) Job Summary As the Senior Field Service Technician, you will complete scheduled service calls for residential, multi-family, and commercial properties. The job will always guarantee 32 hours / week but is expected to fill 40 hours / week consistently. You will use the company provided van, equipment. You will efficiently manage service appointments, provide excellent customer service, train and direct the Assistant Service Technician, and have the ability to adapt to a changing work environment. As the face of the company to the client, you will need to understand their needs and all of the possible solutions that HomeSmiles can provide. This applies to gaining referrals and new clients whenever practical. Each franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the franchise and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each franchise. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid U.S. driver's license and good driving record (Must be insurable).
Experience performing maintenance services. (Pressure Washing is desirable but not required).
Good communication skills with solid customer service attitude.
Flexibility to work a (slightly) variable schedule.
Some mechanical and electrical skills.
Physically fit and able to lift more than 40 lbs. without assistance.
Able to work from a ladder / roof, not afraid of heights.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to manage time effectively and organize efficient and safe execution.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer appointments and field dispatches.
Greet the client and explain the services you will be providing.
Perform (interior / exterior) maintenance services.
Complete digital job reports with photos.
Utilize the company’s technology to document services and manage schedule and communications.
Maintain equipment and inventory in the company vehicle.
Train and lead junior technician; function as an effective team.
NOTE you will not repair or amend any part of the homes/ property.
