Provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of quality, strengths-based, youth-centered education around mental health, wellness, and substance use disorder prevention to youth, professionals, and the community. Services are provided in various community settings. Position responsibilities include supervision of staff, reporting, outreach, group facilitation, program development, and evaluation. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes, and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position and organization.
