About The Position
Maintenance is crucial for ensuring a smooth operation in our hotel. As a Maintenance Representative, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push items weighing up to 100-300 pounds.
- Physical agility: frequent standing, moving, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Previous hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, patching vinyl, painting, and repairs to pipelines, toilets, sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as per the hotel's schedule.
- Ensure all assigned equipment is operational for the next day's operations.
- Monitor and maintain efficiency of equipment and electrical systems including air conditioning controls, guest entrance doors, television sets, and lighting systems.
- Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms as needed, including cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters.
- Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
