Preventative Maintenance

The position involves performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces as required. The individual will maintain, repair, and clean all areas in accordance with property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines. Adherence to company safety and security policies and procedures is essential, including completing safety training and certifications.
