About The Position

TLC Construction is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Team Member! A 4-Day Work Week & Travel Expenses Paid (when out of town travel is necessary) Looking for a hands-on construction role where your work actually matters and you still get long weekends? Requirements

An active driver's license with the State of Indiana.
The ability to travel throughout the state under diverse conditions and with/without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Completing work orders as assigned
Fixing small mechanical and electrical problems
Painting
Drywall repair
Cleaning up debris
Installing appliances
Replacing light bulbs and small fixtures
Moving equipment
Installing new equipment
This position requires travel with all expenses covered and requires overnight stays at some locations to ensure completion of work orders with the traveling team. IND123
