About The Position

Revolution is now hiring for a Preventative Maintenance Technician position in Stuttgart, AR. Perform routine maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent mechanical failure, including lubing, inspecting, and cleaning. Identify any mechanical fault that may lead to a major breakdown of machines. Maintain correct fluid levels on machines and lube and inspect machinery according to PM schedule. Inspect for potential wear and tear on equipment parts, such as shaft alignment and belts. Assist with equipment breakdowns and work order documentation. All other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Basic computer/tablet skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Can stoop, bend, climb and crawl without restrictions.
• Exposure to noise; exposure to heat and cold.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
