About The Position

The Maintenance Technician supports plant reliability through preventative maintenance, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement. The role performs scheduled PMs across production and facility equipment, reduces unplanned downtime, improves cleanliness and readiness, documents work in the CMMS, and assists with maintenance projects and facility support.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of machine maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) across the full range of equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and consistent operation.
• Improving machine cleanliness, organization, and readiness for production.
• Completing maintenance and improvement tasks during planned downtime or production interruptions.
• Accurately document PM activities, findings, corrective actions, and follow-up needs within the CMMS – Limble
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to preventative maintenance effectiveness, equipment cleanliness, and standardized work practices.
• Provide input to maintenance leadership on PM schedules, procedures, and opportunities for optimization across all supported equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and basic facility repairs to support a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with downtime maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and improvement initiatives as assigned
