About The Position

Picture this: you're the person who walks into a facility and everything just works. That's because you've been there before - not fixing emergencies, but preventing them. As our preventative maintenance expert, you'll travel across WA, OR, ID, and MT (about 75% travel) keeping our equipment humming along perfectly. You'll build smart maintenance schedules, execute them flawlessly, and always stay one step ahead of potential issues. If you're someone who values independence and takes pride in precision work, this is your role. You'll manage your own routes and timeline while partnering with facility teams who genuinely appreciate what you do. The best part? Requirements

  • Candidates must be 18+ years or older
  • Complete a pre-employment background check
  • Valid driver's license & vehicle insurance
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to our store locations in WA, OR, ID, and MT
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls after normal work hours if necessary
  • You have basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical systems
  • You have earned relevant certification (EPA Type II or Universal)
  • You have proven experience as a maintenance & repair technician or similar roles
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure positive work relations with others
  • You have knowledge of Fuel Stations environment and Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, maintain, and repair all facility systems to ensure optimal operation
  • Conduct preventative maintenance for our various facilities, HVAC and fuel Stations
  • Handle basic repairs and maintenance of our facilities, store level equipment
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedules
  • Repair equipment, or facility structures as necessary
  • Oversee contractors when specialized professional repairs are necessary
  • Track and report issues resolved, those needing attention, and those in progress
  • Be responsible for completion of work orders and related tasks
  • Order and install replacement like Filters and V-belts for all HVAC units
  • Under the Foreman Supervisor Coordinate and schedule major equipment installation f
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations OSHA
  • Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of people (coworkers, vendors, etc.)
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures and complete other tasks as assigned
  • Perform a variety of other duties to ensure the overall success of our company
