About The Position
The Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation, and repairs at The Village, University of South Florida. This role involves general maintenance tasks, basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing work, and ensuring a professional image in all interactions. The technician will also participate in an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies, providing timely responses to maintenance requests and performing preventative maintenance assignments.
