Requirements

Min 6 months on any semiconductor toolset.
Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct visual inspections, respond to equipment error messages per customer direction.
Follow SOP’s to perform preventive maintenance: clean sensors and interface surfaces, replace worn components, and calibrate alignment systems.
Maintain air and nitrogen systems: check filtration units, purge nitrogen lines, and validate purge cycles for compliance.
Monitor robotic transfers between process tools to ensure smooth operation.
Document all maintenance activities and system checks in for compliance.
Update inventory of shark cages, utility cages, etc.
Perform area safety and cleanliness walks.
