Requirements

• EPA Refrigeration Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• Hazardous material handling experience
• Scissor Lift Certification
• Three years of building maintenance experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Preventative maintenance experience preferred
• Forklift and Man-lift Certification
• Freon Handling Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to building maintenance equipment.
• Troubleshoot and assess issues related to HVAC units and other building equipment.
• Complete documentation and record keeping of performed preventative maintenance activities.
• Monitor and assess air compressors, humidifiers, and other related equipment for malfunctions.
• Assist with snow removal and respond to emergency facility situations as needed.
• Safely handle and remove non-hazardous and hazardous materials according to approved procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
