Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance for production equipment
• Ability to do basic math
• Certified forklift operator
• Your own tools and toolbox

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Associates degree or two year technical degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Locate and replace defective components
• Teach, coach, and mentor line operators in preventative maintenance processes
• Prepare assemblies needed for certain lines to minimize maintenance downtime
