About The Position

You will also assist the facilities manager in project planning/execution and building maintenance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.
  • 1+ years of experience with preventative maintenance.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Able to climb up a 12-foot step ladder.
  • Work will be performed at 4imprint, Appleton.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience with the equipment listed above preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Use company’s software maintenance program when completed assigned work.
  • Machine/equipment maintenance includes but is not limited to performing preventative maintenance on: All printing presses All printing conveyor dryers All screen-making equipment All screen reclaim equipment
  • Safely operate forklifts to move skids, barrels, and boxed inventory throughout the facility, including lifting, staging, and lowering pallets from storage locations.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors.
  • Perform general building maintenance indoors and outdoors, including painting, flooring, ceiling tiles, snow removal, and related tasks.
  • Handle waste management by collecting garbage, cardboard, and recyclables, and operating compactors as needed.
  • Support workplace operations by setting up and tearing down meeting rooms, installing workstations and partitions, and assisting with inter-office moves.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning and paper supplies and assist with preparing refreshments (coffee, popcorn, nachos, etc.) for associates.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
