About The Position

The position of Prevailing Wage Concierge at The Riverie involves organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs while acting as an information source for residents regarding local market resources. The role requires greeting prospects and residents, ensuring their comfort, answering phone calls, and managing various schedules related to guest services and amenities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local area resources and amenities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a concierge or similar role.
  • Knowledge of property management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area.
  • Ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait.
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with completed service request call backs as necessary.
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule for proper payment and cleanliness.
  • Manage and coordinate the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening.
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and other services.
  • Assist the community team with scheduling and organizing resident activities.
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery places.
  • Maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
