About The Position
Ditsch is a global bakery brand known for authentic German pretzels and baked snacks. Were expanding in the U.S. and opening a new location inside Jungle Jims Eastgate in January! Ditsch USA is seeking a friendly and reliable Pretzel Pro to join our team at Jungle Jims Eastgate! As part of our growing pretzel bakery brand, youll help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while preparing and serving our signature soft pretzels.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- ServSafe certification or willingness to become ServSafe certified (training provided)
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and serve Ditsch pretzel products to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
