The Pretrial Bond Officer I position is a full-time role under the direct supervision of the Office of Criminal Justice Policy, Planning & Programs, specifically within the Pretrial Services division. The officer will maintain detailed logs of defendants released or denied bond and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders, including defendants and the general public. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with bond conditions, including attempts to contact defendants who fail to report as required. The officer will also maintain organized case files and ensure that all supervision activities are documented accurately.
