About The Position
Do you enjoy working outdoors and seeing immediate results from your work? HomeSmiles is hiring a Pressure Washing Technician to perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning services primarily in Mount Pleasant and the Charleston area. This is a full-time role with paid training, consistent work, and a clear path to a company van and Lead Technician position.
Requirements
- Like hands-on, physical outdoor work
- Are reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing on driveways, walkways, siding, patios, and exterior surfaces
- Safely operate professional-grade equipment
- Communicate with homeowners or property staff before and after service
- Document completed work using a company tablet
- Maintain tools, hoses, and equipment
- Cross-train into additional home maintenance services
- Maintenance and cleaning only — no repairs or construction.
