Requirements

This is for serious operators with legal entity -not a hobbyists.
You: Already run (or are ready to run) a pressure washing business Show up on time, every time Care about quality, safety, and reputation Understand that consistency = long-term income Want steady commercial work without chasing customers
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) Worker's Compensation Insurance General Liability Insurance Federal EIN # Other verifiable business 18 years of age minimum Favorable background investigation results You can not be a sole proprietor
Proven pressure washing experience (commercial preferred)
Professional-grade equipment (or ability to obtain): Commercial pressure washers Surface cleaners Water tanks (if needed)
Knowledge of: PSI control by surface type Chemical use (degreasers, detergents, soft wash solutions)
General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
Strong communication and accountability
Commitment to consistent quality and safety

Responsibilities

Provide professional commercial pressure washing services , including: Building exteriors (brick, concrete, siding, stone) Sidewalks, walkways, and entryways Parking lots, garages, and dumpster pads Gum, oil, grease, and stain removal Soft washing where appropriate (to protect surfaces)
Use proper PSI levels for different surfaces
Avoid damage (etching, striping, water intrusion)
Follow local water runoff/environmental guidelines
Deliver clean, uniform, inspection-ready results
