Responsibilities

Team reliability is key. All employees must arrive at the SOR warehouse by 7:30 AM sharp, Monday–Friday. Most finish between 2–4 PM.
This role includes pressure washing and the ability to cross-train for the gutter cleaning service line. Cross-trained technicians are able to service more revenue and therefore, often make more money.
Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely.
Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
Lift/pull up to 75 lbs and hold wands overhead for extended periods.
Work at heights within fall-protection limits (Must be able to meet size and weight requirements for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. With some exceptions, individuals between 150–270 lbs. can generally use our equipment safely. Applicants near either limit are encouraged to ask for details—we’ll do our best to work with you.)
Read and follow safety instructions and job assignments accurately.
