Position Overview: We are seeking a Window Washer and a Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1-3 years of experience in window cleaning and pressure washing (window cleaning is a requirement, and we can provide training in pressure washing). This position you will work with a team leader daily and assist in daily activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pressure washing and window cleaning.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation (Public Transportation Not Accepted).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional window cleaning and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
• Utilize industry-leading tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper ladder usage and equipment handling.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
• Contribute to sales efforts and help grow the business, including putting out door hangers and occasionally knocking on doors.
