We are a commercial pressure washing and gutter cleaning service provider with a strong team of 110+ full-time W2 employees. A valid NC Driver's License/ reliable legal transportation to our warehouse

Responsibilities

Showing up is crucial for our team - we rely on one another.
Therefore, we require all team members MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION to the SOR warehouse/ job site location.
Driver's license highly preferred for this posting (some of the leadership roles require driving, so drivers have more paths available)
Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.).
Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.
Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)
Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.
