About The Position

Pressure washer / scrubber attendant is responsible for the direct scrubbing of an assigned area for during a designated shift. This position requires previous scrubbing or pressure washing experience is preferred and must be familiar and able to operate scrubbing and pressure washing machinery equipment. Must drive and operate ground equipment, such as cargo carts, service trucks and belt loaders, tractors scrubber, sweepers, truck, and power washing machine. Must adhere to safety guidelines and maintain safe working conditions for yourself and others. Maybe required to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to team members Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management Report performance issues to the Supervisor Assist with the training of cleaning team Coordinate work assignments Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building Manage security of keys and access cards for the property Report work orders for maintenance Makes sure premises are secured at all times Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work. Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. Complete order forms completely and accurately. Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No experience required and on the job training provided

  • One (1) year of similar work experience
