About The Position
We are seeking an entrepreneurial-oriented, enthusiastic technician who is willing to learn and challenge yourself in creating cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the field of neodymium magnets. We want you to be a part of our team. The Press Technician is tasked with understanding and improving processes to ensure manufacturing lines produce quality products safely and efficiently. This role will interact with many cross functional teams and will require flexibility to support Engineering, Quality, New Product Introduction (NPI) and additional organizations.
