About The Position

Set up and operate a variety of metal stamping presses, punch presses,
lathes, trimming and beading equipment, shears, spot welders, and imprint
machines.
Place dies, adjust tooling and guards, and ensure all equipment is properly
configured for production.
Verify first piece quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain
consistent standards.
Instruct and train operators on new setups and production processes.
Use hand and power tools including hammers, wrenches, clamps, and other
necessary tools.
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, die carts, and step
ladders.
Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective
equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Perform other job duties as required.
