The Epoxy Press Setup Maintenance Position is responsible for the staging, inspection, cleaning, and assembly of molds used in the epoxy molding production line. This role ensures that molds are properly maintained and ready for production, contributing to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process. Essential Functions include pulling molds from the staging area and installing the appropriate parts for production based on instructions from the shift supervisor. The position requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures. Additionally, routine cleaning and inspection of molds must be performed once the production run is complete to ensure they are in proper working order for future use. The role also involves executing tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, ensuring that all production requirements are met, and performing additional duties as assigned to support the overall production process.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to use hand tools effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as required to meet production demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education, trade school, or technical training is a plus.
