We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Press Release Solutions Support Specialist to join our team and help our customers distribute a press release seamlessly. As our first Press Release Solutions Support Specialist, your mission will be to perform account research and set our press release customers up for success in the Muck Rack platform, liaise between the customer and our distribution partner, and become the internal expert our GTM teams turn to for help during a sales process. You should be excited about collaborating cross-functionally–not just internally, but also with Muck Rack’s customers and our distribution partner–and making sure the details are just right. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have clear and concise written communication, aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to help move something forward, operate with discretion–you’ll be exposed to confidential information before it’s live–and sweat the small stuff because you know that accuracy is where it’s at. This is a full time 1099 contractor position that offers the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time role based on performance and company needs.
