Requirements

• Technical Degree in Engineering or recognized Tool & Die Apprenticeship program.
• 7 to 10 years' experience in an automotive stamping environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a large department.

• Extensive Knowledge of Automotive Stamping Dies.
• Leadership Soft skills.
• Ability to develop front line leadership.
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all activities and personnel in the production unit.
• Act as a liaison in matters regarding policy application and employee relations.
• Support continuous improvement related to the Business Unit functions.
• Plan, control, and lead the team toward meeting divisional objectives.
