Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is critical, as defects in cured products can be challenging to repair.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to teamwork and a desire to contribute to the company's growth and success.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice To Haves

• More than 1+ years experience in manufacturing position.
• Forklift and/or Crane operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate curing presses and other machinery while ensuring the highest levels of precision and efficiency.
• Report issues promptly to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication channels.
• Accurately complete daily production reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures.
• Actively participate in enhancing your knowledge of work orders, products, and processes.
• Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Take part in internal and external training opportunities.
