About The Position
PDF Seal, a division of Modern, is seeking a dedicated Press Operator to join our team at our Hauppauge, NY facility. In this role, you will be integral to the production of high-quality foil lids used in consumer and food service packaged products. As a Press Operator, you will operate a flexographic printing press utilizing water-based inks, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include following established press production procedures, accurately setting up and tearing down production jobs, and meticulously recording production information in accordance with company procedures. Maintaining a clean and safe work area is also a critical aspect of this position, as it contributes to the overall efficiency and safety of our production environment.
