About The Position

Immediate Openings – No Experience Required (We Train) Due to increased production demand, we are hiring Press Operators to run high-speed stamping, punch, and forming presses. No press experience? No problem. If you’re a recent graduate, trade school student, or mechanically inclined, we will train you.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation preferred
- OR recent graduate from a trade, vocational, or technical program
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools/equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Operate punch, stamping, and forming presses (5 ton – 150 ton range / 9 presses)
- Run progressive die stamping and metal forming operations
- Load materials and monitor press cycles for quality and consistency
- Assist with die setup, adjustments, and changeovers (training provided)
- Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances and aerospace quality standards
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot basic issues (misfeeds, part defects, etc.)
- Perform basic machine upkeep and follow lockout/tagout safety procedures
