Requirements

• 3+ years of press operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of printing presses and related equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
• Solid understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Good math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely.
• Review production schedules and coordinate with the Scheduler or Supervisor on job priorities.
• Ensure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each run.
• Monitor press performance and product quality throughout the job.
• Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and lockout/tagout protocols.
• Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems.
• Work closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
