Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must possess basic math skills, including but not limited to adding,subtracting, multiplication and division in all units of measure.
Must have some command of blueprint reading including anunderstanding of engineering drawings and customerspecifications.
Years’ Experience Required: 1
Must be able to lift 35 pounds

Responsibilities

Operate compression molding presses including loading of parts,operating controls, and inspecting parts for conformance tocompany and customer specifications, policies, and procedures.
Study and interpret drawings, shop manuals, and specifications todetermine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces,sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
