Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet set deadlines
Basic math skills sufficient to adjust equipment settings according to written instructions
Basic computer knowledge required
Ability to read, and interpret general instructions and numerical data.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
Frequently required to move inside the facility.
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

Nice To Haves

Mechanical or Production experience
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Forklift certification
Ability to work with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

Operate press and finishing equipment producing paper products according to job specifications
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Perform quality control review of each order
Prepare orders for delivery or shipping
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
