Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet set deadlines
  • Basic math skills sufficient to adjust equipment settings according to written instructions
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Ability to read, and interpret general instructions and numerical data.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility.
  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical or Production experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

  • Operate press and finishing equipment producing paper products according to job specifications
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Perform quality control review of each order
  • Prepare orders for delivery or shipping
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
