This position works Sunday-Thursday from 10pm-6am, with occasional overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or production is helpful.
• Prior extrusion press experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the extrusion press safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot die‑related issues and help improve press performance.
• Identify scrap‑related problems and support efforts to increase efficiency.
• Inspect extruded parts for quality, damage, or rework needs.
• Load presses correctly to prevent damage and ensure smooth operation.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment and support general upkeep.
• Handle light to heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
