About The Position

The position involves operating production processes efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Bidders must be able to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a safe work environment by wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role requires maintaining a clean and organized work area, fulfilling production reporting requirements, and utilizing IFS and Radley Data Collection for inventory transactions. Additionally, the operator will perform dimensional quality checks using gages, calipers, and micrometers, as well as setup and changeovers for dies and coils.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
• Proven experience as a press operator in printing, metal stamping, plastics, or relevant industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the job including standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds, and communicating effectively with co-workers.
