About The Position

Requirements

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and remain flexible while interacting with others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in machine operation or maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform printing-related tasks including newsprint reel set-up and operation.
• Stage newsprint and prepare rolls for printing.
• Process printing plates and place them on the press.
• Set basic ink levels and maintain equipment.
• Report specified metrics related to press operations.
• Work as part of a team to achieve on-time press performance and product quality standards.
• Assist with plate, reel room, and press operations as assigned.
