Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the Shinohara press.
Inspects its printed sheets.
Makes minor mechanical adjustments as necessary.
Sets up for other shifts.
Handles color to color registration and color matching.
Meets production quality goals and waste goals.
Maintains cleanliness and operation of the press.
Ensures accuracy of printed material coming from the press.
Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
Above average mechanical reasoning skills needed.
Must have attention to detail, ability to be a team player, good communication skills, and be a self-starter.
Responsible for supplying technical direction based on an understanding of business needs.
Ability to design and implement simple solutions to highly complex business challenges.
