About The Position
This role requires a working knowledge of hand tools and injection molding machines, with responsibilities that include performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently to support quality production. The position involves maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, managing inventories for maintenance functions, and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. Employees are expected to follow safety procedures, including the lock out/tag out program, operate production equipment, and complete necessary forms and reports in line with ISO standards. Flexibility is key, as individuals may rotate into other departments, adapt to changing business needs, and train others on mastered skills.
