This position is a 12 hour rotating night shift schedule 7pm to 7am

Requirements

  • Experience with Man Roland or Heidelberg presses and Bobst die cutters.
  • Experience with reading electrical and mechanical schumatics.
  • Experience working with computers, networking and open architecture control system.
  • Experience working with Seimans and Allen Bradley Drives.
  • Experience with Technotrans and Flow Clear systems.
  • Experience with IR drying systems.
  • 5 to 10 years experience with preventative maintenance programs and working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electrical background.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain printing press and die cutting equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot all mechanical issues.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair older relay logic, programmable logic control and drive systems.
  • Ability to verbally communicate issues with vendors to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Willingness to rotate on an “On Call” schedule for optimum press coverage.
  • Organize and maintain preventative maintenance and repair records.
  • Order necessary replacements parts and schedule vendor maintenance activities.
