About The Position

Key Responsibilities: · Follow directions of Supervisor(s) and Manager · Able to assume supervisor responsibilities over direct reports as required. · Work with multiple departments to ensure orders are completed on time. · Manage team efficiency and quality of work. · Schedule execution and management · Subject matter expert in both the Autoclave & Press Factory responsibilities. · Work with other Leads to achieve production daily tasks and goals. · Follow and Lead Standards for proper setup & production operations, & safety protocols · Conduct interviews as required. · Maintain a clean and safe factory · Ability to train new operators · Forklifting · Safety Committee support and requirements · Adhere to all company rules, policy, & guidelines · Other duties may be assigned Qualifications: · Strong communication at all levels of organization · Ability to follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures · Able to inspire and motivate others to perform well · Task driven · Consistently at work and on time · Able to adapt to frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events · Detail Oriented · Cost Conscious · Promotes team environment and shows respect and sensitivity to cultural differences · High School Diploma or GED · Able to read and comprehend instructions · Must be able to acknowledge, follow, and enforce critical procedures · Able to work overtime and weekends as required Physical Demands: Amount of Time Spent Performing Activities: · Standing: Up to 10 hours · Walking: Up to hours Required Physical Strength and Movement: · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently · Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs frequently including moving pallets, carts, and plastic sheets. · Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 lbs occasionally · Must be able to stand for the entire length of shift (up to 10 hours) · Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment · Frequent bending, standing, walking, twisting, kneeling, and reaching · Must be able to see, hear, and acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, and forklift traffic. · Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.
