About The Position
Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in LaVergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Press and Punch Operators for the 3rd shift. · Set up and operate all Punch & Press operations to produce quality parts. · Conducts preventative as scheduled Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection. Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed. Work with Maintenance on major issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Mechanically adept.
- Blueprint reading
- Good math skills
- High School or Equivalent
- Ability to commute/relocate: La Vergne, TN 37086: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Press brake machine: 1 year (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
- Punch & Press Operation experience preferred
- G/D & T Knowledge preferred but not required
- Technical School Experience a plus
